The thermometer reads -3!!!!!! It has been a cold day. I did get out today....but not to Portland. I took some packages to the post office to mail. The kids left some stuff and I had to mail a couple of Christmas packages. So GaGa and Grandaddy and Gran Gran will be getting a package soon too! These were present from Jamie and Lesley to you. I apologize for taking so long sending them. Once you get out of our neighborhood, the roads are clear.....but getting down (or up!) our little hill then going down the big hill was interesting. Everything is so pretty and white. They are predicting more snow Friday. I can't wait.....really!
Dick is eating out tonight and I am heating up some leftovers. I worked out again on the elliptical and the ipod is working. I am thinking about going back to Wuh Wuh. In case you don't know what that is.....it is Weight Watchers. It is really the best place to go for weight loss and the best and easiest plan. If there is an easiest plan.
I think that is about all that is going on in my exciting life....if I think of anything else you can be sure I will be back!
Tootles!

I wish I was sitting in the living room staying warm with you!! Enjoy your beautiful snow! (We are supposed to get some ice/snow/rain tomorrow - we'll see how that goes!)Miss you! Love you!
I have a solution for your blue walls problem. One time I had the same problem as you. I couldn't find a comforter to match the walls of my bedroom. I ended up dying my old comforter. I tye-dyed it so now it matches everything in the room. I could even use it in any another room and I know it would match. It looks great and everyone who sees it always has a really strong reaction to it. I also painted the carpet in my bedroom. A lot of people on the internet said it woulnd't work, but I think it looks great. Plus, with a heavy coat of paint on the carpet, I don't have to vaccuum (sp?) any more. I can just sweep the dirt right off of it. My best friend thinks I should be an interior decorator. Maybe one day I will. Today my advice to you is free. Someday you might have to pay for it. Ha ha. Trust me, go tye-dye. You won't be sorry.
